Refund Policy | MRK Outreach

This policy sets out when you can get your money back. It sits alongside the Terms of Service.

Start with the free trial

Every new account gets 14 days free. You are not charged during the trial, and cancelling before it ends costs you nothing. The trial is the intended way to find out whether the tool works for you — please use it rather than subscribing on the assumption that you can undo it later.

Monthly plans

Cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then. We do not pro-rate part-months.

Annual plans

Annual plans carry a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of the charge. Ask within those 14 days and we refund in full, no questions asked. After 14 days an annual plan is not refundable, but you can cancel to stop it renewing and you keep access until the term ends.

When we always refund

Regardless of the above, we will refund you if:

you were charged after cancelling;
you were charged twice for the same period;
the service was unavailable for a prolonged period through our fault — we will refund that period pro-rata;
the law where you live gives you a stronger right. Nothing in this policy overrides your statutory rights. UK and EU consumers, in particular, may have a 14-day right to cancel.

When we do not refund

Part-used months on a monthly plan.
Annual plans after the 14-day window, other than the cases listed above.
Accounts terminated for breach of the acceptable-use rules in the Terms.
Dissatisfaction with results. We sell software, not backlinks or rankings — outcomes depend on your targets, your content and your own sending reputation.

How to ask

Email hello@mohibraiskhan.com from the address on the account, and say which charge you mean. We reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and normally appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. A chargeback freezes the account while it is investigated, and we can almost always resolve the problem faster directly.

Cancelling

Cancel from your account at any time, or email us and we will do it for you. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not by itself trigger a refund of a payment already taken.
