Terms of Service | MRK Outreach

These terms are the agreement between you and Mohib Rais Khan LLC (“we”) for the use of MRK Outreach. By creating an account you accept them.

The service

MRK Outreach is software for link building outreach: finding prospects, sending personalised email from your own mailbox, and tracking replies and links earned. Access requires an active subscription.

Your account

You must give an accurate email address, keep your password secure, and are responsible for everything done under your account. One account is for one organisation; do not share credentials.

Free trial

New accounts get a 14-day free trial. We ask for a payment method when you start it. You are not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, the subscription begins automatically and the first payment is taken at that point. Cancel any time during the trial and you pay nothing.

Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically — monthly or annually, whichever you chose — until cancelled.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you are.
Payment is taken by Stripe. A failed payment may suspend access until it is resolved.
Cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. The new price applies from your next renewal.

Plan limits

Each plan includes a stated number of mailboxes, prospects, campaigns and monthly sends. These limits exist because mailbox providers cap sending; they are not arbitrary. Exceeding them may require an upgrade.

Acceptable use

This is the part that matters most. You must not use MRK Outreach to:

send unsolicited bulk email in breach of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR or any other applicable law;
send to purchased, scraped or otherwise non-consented lists where consent is legally required;
send mail that is deceptive, including forged headers or misleading subject lines;
ignore unsubscribe or opt-out requests;
send malware, phishing, or content that is unlawful, harassing or infringing;
buy or sell links in a way that violates the guidelines of search engines you are targeting;
resell the service, or attempt to circumvent plan limits or access controls.

You are the sender. Mail goes out from your own mailbox, under your own domain and reputation. You are responsible for what you send and to whom. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this section, without refund.

Your data

Your campaign data remains yours. We claim no ownership of it and use it only to operate the service. You can export or delete it at any time. See the Privacy Policy.

Our intellectual property

The software, interface, documentation and brand are ours. Your subscription is a licence to use the service, not a transfer of ownership. Do not copy, reverse engineer or resell it.

Third-party services

The service depends on providers we do not control, including Google and Stripe. Their outages, policy changes or rate limits may affect what the service can do. We are not liable for their acts or omissions.

No guarantee of results

We provide the software. We do not guarantee backlinks, rankings, reply rates, traffic, or deliverability. Search engines and mailbox providers make their own decisions. Any figures shown on this site are illustrative unless explicitly labelled as measured results.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, and may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and refund any unused prepaid period.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, lost rankings, or domain or IP reputation damage. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms, including claims about the messages you sent.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, non-payment, or unlawful use. On termination your access ends and your data is deleted in line with the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, and the courts of Illinois have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to you at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
